Maintaining your privacy and trust is paramount to us. We take every precaution to protect our clients' information. When clients submit information via the website or email, this information is protected both online and off-line and is not divulged to 3rd parties without clients' express permission.

Order / Contact Us

We request certain personal information from the user on our enquiries forms, to progress the enquiry.  A user must provide contact information (name, email and telephone numbers).  This information is solely used to fulfill the customer's enquiry, like, for example, contacting the customer to answer a query.

Creative Brief

We may ask you - the customer - to complete a creative brief to give us a greater understanding of your business. The more detailed your responses, the greater understanding we have of your business and your business needs, the better the end solution we can build. Your responses, however, may contain some key business information and statistics. TGM will not share this information with anyone, and the brief will be destroyed on completion of the project.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use this site. This tool uses 'cookies', which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors' use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.

Intellectual Property

Unlike most of our competitors, we give the customer complete ownership of the intellectual property rights to any design work we have been asked to commission. Ownership of all logos, artwork and designs will revert to the customer on completion of the project (after payment, of course!).

Don’ts

TGM will not work on any sites that we consider offensive, or those which promote any illegal activity. This includes:

• adult sites of a pornographic nature
• sites promoting hate speech or discrimination in any form
• offensive material – our decision is final as to what constitutes ‘offensive’
• websites promoting fraudulent or criminal activities under UK legislation
• websites promoting Trojan, virus and malware distribution
• terrorism

We will not sell, share, or rent any information collected to any other 3^rd party.
